A quick way of how the extension is working

The Salesforce Picklist Manager extension allows you to quickly view, edit, and manage picklist values directly from the Salesforce Object Manager, without navigating through multiple setup pages.

Opening the Extension

  1. Navigate to Setup > Object Manager in Salesforce.

  2. Select an Object (e.g., Account) and go to Fields & Relationships.

  3. Click on any Picklist or Multi-Select Picklist field.

  4. Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar.

Interface Overview

The extension displays the current values for the selected field.

  • Field Info: Shows the field name, API name, and object type.

  • Values List: Displays all active and inactive values.

  • Action Buttons: Add new values, save changes, or export data.
