Managing Picklist Values

Adding a New Value

1. Click the Add Value button at the bottom of the extension.

2. Enter the Label (what users see) and API Name (backend value).

3. Click Save.

Editing an Existing Value

1. Hover over any value in the list.

2. Click the Pencil Icon (Edit).

3. Modify the Label, API Name, or status (Active/Default).

4. Click Save.

Deleting or Deactivating

• Deactivate: Uncheck the "Active" box in the Edit modal. The value will remain but be hidden from users.

• Delete: Click the Trash Icon next to a value to permanently remove it (use with caution!).
