Mass editing picklist values

If you want to mass edit picklist values - you can use the export / import function.

Navigate to the object and field you would like to modify.

Exporting Data

  1. Click the arrow next to the Export button.

  2. Choose your format:

    • CSV: Great for spreadsheets.

    • JSON: Good for developers/backups.

    • Excel: Formatted report.

If you modified your data using your favourite tool, ensure that the format stays the same (do not move around columns, add columns, remove columns)

Importing Data

With the file you modifed …

  1. Click the Import button (if available/configured).

  2. Select a previously exported file to restore values.

Do not forget to click the save button :)
