request for this to work on global picklist value sets
This extension works for me on picklist fields with values local to the object but for picklists that use global picklist value sets I can’t get it to to detect those for editing.
Record Type / Picklist Assignment Editor
A UI to quickly see: Which values are active for each record type Toggle them on/off with one click Salesforce’s UI is painfully slow here.
AI-Assisted Value Recommendations
Offer suggestions like: Merge similar values (“Pending”, “Pending Approval”) Flag unused values Propose standardization (“Active / Inactive”, “Yes / No”) This would be a unique differentiator.
Freedom of Object
Should the user be forced to be on the page where the edits of the picklist values are needed? The extension does not need it … one could “select” an object / field and directly edit it. I think it would be more confusing but at the same time faster for more experienced users.

Lets get more info about the picklist values and help the users to take a decision.
Why is it ugly?
The extension needs a better UI - less popups, get rid of display issues.
Automated replacement
If a value gets replaced within the current picklist … add an option which allows to automatically replace the old value in salesforce with the new value.
Export / Import Formats
I would like to increase the formats to which the data can be exported / imported to make it easier to mass edit this. The idea - extract as csv or excel file, allow the user to edit it “offline” and import it again.
